📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor our baristas to ensure they deliver exceptional coffee service.
• Develop and optimize our coffee menu to reflect the latest trends and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory and ensure we have the freshest, highest-quality coffee beans on hand.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and streamlining processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure our coffee service aligns with our overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and training baristas to deliver exceptional service.
• Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, BaristaQ) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
