📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project proposals.
• Participate in team meetings and project reviews.
• Support the project manager in resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to health and safety initiatives on the project site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Primavera P6 or similar.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
