📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Support the accounting team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality accounting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
