📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the production manager to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and familiarity with Excel for data analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
