In this role, you will be involved in daily tasks such as performing tensile tests, hardness tests, impact tests, and other mechanical tests using state-of-the-art equipment like universal testing machines, hardness testers, and impact testing machines. You will also be responsible for documenting test results, analyzing data, and providing feedback to the production team to ensure continuous improvement.

• Conduct various mechanical tests including tensile, hardness, and impact tests to ensure product quality.
• Use specialized equipment such as universal testing machines, hardness testers, and impact testing machines.
• Document and analyze test results to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the production team to improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Perform regular inspections and maintain testing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical testing and quality control.
• Certification in mechanical testing (e.g., ASNT, AWS, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and specifications (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
• Proficiency in using mechanical testing equipment and software (e.g., MTS TestStar, Instron Bluehill).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
