As an IR Service Engineer at Johnson Controls in Denpasar, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IR systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including IR sensors, controllers, and software platforms like Johnson Controls' MetaBlue, to deliver seamless and sustainable solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IR systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IR systems, providing expert guidance to clients and end-users.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality IR solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users, ensuring they can effectively operate and maintain their IR systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IR technology and best practices, sharing your knowledge with the team.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, and ensure all work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of IR systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IR system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Certification in IR system design, installation, and maintenance, such as the Johnson Controls Certified IR Specialist (JCCIS) certification, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IR system components, including sensors, controllers, and software platforms like Johnson Controls' MetaBlue.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
