As a Customs Clearance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customs clearance processes for our international shipments. You will work closely with our global supply chain partners to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, optimize clearance times, and minimize risks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for international shipments, including documentation, filing, and compliance.
• Coordinate with global supply chain partners to ensure accurate and timely submission of customs declarations.
• Monitor and analyze customs regulations and tariff schedules to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Resolve customs-related issues and disputes, working closely with legal and compliance teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs clearance procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the field of customs clearance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customs clearance strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with a strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software and systems, such as SAP Customs, Tradelens, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within Bali and other parts of Indonesia as needed.
• Valid work permit and residency status in Indonesia.
