📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system (QuickBooks or similar)
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with precision and confidentiality
• Assist customers with orders, ensuring they receive the correct items and change
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor sales and cash drawer balances, reporting any discrepancies to the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
