🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public transportation management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and policies.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software such as TransCAD, GIS, and project management tools like MS Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar professional certification is a plus.
