📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform blood typing and cross-matching to ensure compatibility between blood products and patients.
• Conduct pre-transfusion testing to identify any potential adverse reactions.
• Prepare and store blood components according to established protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, including hematology analyzers and blood bank refrigerators.
• Document and report test results, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate blood product distribution.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control measures to protect both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a blood bank laboratory.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using hematology analyzers and blood bank laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of blood banking procedures, including ABO and Rh typing, cross-matching, and pre-transfusion testing.
• Understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles in a laboratory setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
