As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our clients have a smooth and successful transition to our platform. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in customer relationship management, SaaS onboarding, and technical support, all while contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company.
In your daily work, you will be responsible for creating and delivering onboarding materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients are utilizing our platform effectively. You will also gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and help refine our onboarding processes.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and deliver onboarding materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs
- Conduct training sessions and webinars for new clients
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are successfully using the platform
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Help refine and enhance our onboarding processes based on client feedback
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients
- Monitor client progress and provide regular updates to the onboarding team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SaaS onboarding
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or a related role
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with onboarding tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Certification in customer service or technical support is a plus
