📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Help organize and promote events, workshops, and initiatives that support our mission.
• Support the marketing team in creating and distributing newsletters and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Assist in the coordination of photo and video shoots for our campaigns.
• Help manage our website content and blog posts to engage our audience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related field of study.
• Proven experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about social impact and community development.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Hootsuite is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
