📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
