📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical resources,Assist in the creation of training materials for new software releases,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers and end-users,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that technical documentation supports business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
