📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in creating training materials and other educational content.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure that documentation needs are considered from the outset.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
