📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Write clear, concise, and engaging content that is easy to understand,Edit and proofread documents to ensure high-quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with API documentation is a plus
