📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior is a plus.
