Cafe Elsa Cafe & Coffee is actively seeking a Senior Instructor to join our team. We are a vibrant and growing coffee shop located in the heart of Pasuruan, offering a unique and inviting atmosphere for our customers. As a Senior Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our baristas and staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of baristas and staff.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the performance and progress of baristas and staff.,Provide guidance and mentorship to baristas and staff, helping them to grow and develop their careers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into our training programs.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that our training programs align with the overall goals and objectives of the coffee shop.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, where baristas and staff feel valued and supported.,Promote and uphold the values and principles of Cafe Elsa Cafe & Coffee, ensuring that they are reflected in the actions and behaviors of baristas and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training programs and assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a related field.,A strong understanding of coffee and espresso preparation, as well as the ability to teach these skills effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and development.,A passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.,A valid CPR and First Aid certificate.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,A relevant degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
