📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and overseeing the consolidation of financial statements for the group companies.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Preparing and presenting financial statements to the management and board of directors.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervising and mentoring junior accountants and financial analysts.
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
