📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies to identify material misstatements and fraud,Prepare and review audit documentation, including working papers, reports, and correspondence,Conduct interviews with clients and management to gather information and obtain necessary documentation,Perform substantive and analytical procedures to test the accuracy and completeness of financial data,Provide audit opinions and recommendations to clients, and assist them in implementing corrective actions,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting standards and regulations, and provide training to junior staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a senior audit role,Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
