📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and timely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
