📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Handle operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
