📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and services are obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.
