Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure that all healthcare services are provided in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and manage the branch's budget, ensuring that all financial activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the branch's goals and objectives are met.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both patients and staff.,Ensure that all staff are trained and certified in their respective roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
