📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our company's needs.
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Developing and maintaining supplier databases and records.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing purchase orders as needed.
  • Analyzing purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that purchasing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the purchasing department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
