📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and order additional supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution of finished products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and logistics.,Education up to high school level or equivalent.,Experience in the concrete or building materials industry is a plus.
