📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.
  • Train and supervise production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and raw materials.
  • Conduct quality checks and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
  • Ensure the production area is clean and well-maintained.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in food production.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production software and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the bakso industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
