Sentral Vera Kebab is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards of service and quality.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives to improve the restaurant's performance.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and the ability to ensure that all staff are trained and compliant.,Experience with budgeting and financial management, and the ability to control costs and improve profitability.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
