In this role, you will work closely with our customers to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will utilize a range of tools and software, including Maximo, SAP, and other proprietary systems, to manage and optimize service operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine mechanical systems, including engines, gearboxes, and propulsion systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on vessels and boats.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure vessel safety.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Maximo and SAP for service management and inventory control.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and crew members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine mechanical service and repair.
• Certification in marine mechanical systems, such as ISO 9001 or other relevant industry certifications.
• Proficient in using Maximo and SAP for service management.
• Strong knowledge of marine mechanical systems, including engines, gearboxes, and propulsion systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with marine industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
