As a Lead Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical documents to support our customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers in the team.,Manage and coordinate technical writing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or hardware documentation.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
