📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax professionals in the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide strategic advice to the company on tax planning and compliance.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax matters to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in tax planning, compliance, and auditing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
