Moon Gate Sejahtera is looking for a Lead Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our restaurant operations in Tanah Abang. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and clean, with a focus on creating a welcoming and comfortable dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
