📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Identifying and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.
• Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
