📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.,Manage the nursing schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care issues and improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.
