📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and effective business operations.,Oversee the implementation of operational strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
