📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the department.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Represent the department in meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems is a plus.
