📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and manage payroll processes.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in strategic planning and project initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
