• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment by ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organized.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Promote special events, promotions, and offers to guests, creating excitement and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional appearance and grooming, with a polished and approachable demeanor.

• Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and other amenities in Badung, Bali is a plus.
