In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational aspects of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office operations, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and event planning.,Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of office transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of company events, both internal and external.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the office premises and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
