Makmur Budi Health Center is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to oversee the management and operation of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are maintained in good condition, scheduling maintenance, and managing fuel and insurance costs. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our services and the safety of our staff and patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the vehicle fleet.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage fuel and insurance costs, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Monitor vehicle mileage and usage, and ensure they are used efficiently.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
