📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and financial tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
