📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve company goals.,Manage the department budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and that financial targets are met.,Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on department performance and discuss strategic initiatives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and ensuring that all team members feel valued and respected.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to keep the department competitive.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive department performance.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
