📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is an advantage.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
