📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates and budget plans for interior and civil projects.
• Creating detailed project timelines and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Analyzing project requirements and specifications to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and adherence to budget.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting estimates as needed to keep projects on track.
• Preparing and presenting cost reports and financial summaries to stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and project management within the construction or interior design industry.
• Proficient in using cost estimation software such as EstimateOne, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labor rates, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
